Our process for computer service and support usually works like this:

We discuss with you the issue or problem, answering your questions and making initial recommendations tailored to your specific needs. You may need:

• Onsite support. Most issues require us to come to your office to personally evaluate the system. Then we diagnose the problem and make recommendations to correct the issue.
• Occasionally a computer needs to come back to our office. As always, we prioritize work to minimize your down-time.
• Phone or email support. Sometimes a call is all you need. Don’t pull your hair out trying to make something work - just give us a call.
• Preventative maintenance. As with most things, prevention is easier than fixing. We will be glad to evaluate your systems and make recommendations that will avoid issues before they start.

We provide professional, detailed quotes based on the specifics of each situation. We frequently build new computer systems designed for the client’s budget and goals. Service plans and maintenance contracts are also available.
